Sales Representative – Europe

We are looking for a Sales Representative who possesses a unique blend of sales expertise, industry knowledge, and leadership capabilities necessary to drive sales growth and strategic partnerships within video, broadcast, and broadband sectors. With a proven track record of success and a results-driven mindset, they are well-equipped to lead sales efforts and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

What will you do?

  • Lead sales efforts for cutting-edge video and broadband products and solutions, overseeing product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract management,
  • Identify and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales opportunities and secure strategic partnerships,
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the sector,
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities,
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management to track performance and support decision-making,
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives,
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions and expert guidance to meet their specific needs and objectives,
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the company, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client requirements.

 

What are the key qualifications?

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales roles within the video and broadband, software development industry, with a focus on recurring revenue and license sales,
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, complemented by extensive experience and knowledge of the software industry,
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets, with a strong emphasis on driving revenue growth,
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and drive business growth,
  • Extensive network of contacts and relationships within the industry, including key decision-makers and influencers,
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional value and exceeding customer expectations,
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration to achieve business objectives,
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to diverse audiences,
  • Willingness to travel on business,
  • Proficiency in English is obligatory. Knowledge of German is a plus.
