We are currently looking for a dedicated, passionate and highly collaborative professional to join ADB Taiwan team.
Job purpose:
- Excellent and proactive communication between internal Engineering team and customers for broadband products
- Building-up and ongoing improvement of ADB broadband projects industrialization flow with high level of quality
- Management of direct and indirect production equipment, as required by the project
- Cooperation and leading multi-functional group from manufacturing quality perspective
- Management of ODM/OEM project builds status, failure analysis, improvement plans and ‘lessons learnt’
- Maintaining and improving related documentation for broadband products
- Supporting internal Engineering team during testing/certifications in 3rd party lab in Taiwan
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Product Industrialization
- Familiarity with Broadband products
- Good knowledge of manufacturing process and flow
- Familiar with product quality in manufacturing
- Familiar with CAD (ACAD, SolidWorks)
- Able to talk to customers on manufacturing testing subjects
- Stable career path – min. 3yrs in one company – as a plus
- Good knowledge of English (both written and verbal communication)
- MS Office – familiarity
