Technical Customer Support Specialist (Tier 1) – Poznań, Poland

Job location: Poznan

Type: work contract (umowa o pracę) or B2B

The person employed in the above position will be responsible for:

  • diagnostics, service and solution of problems/failures related to services,
  • technical support for clients,
  • service maintenance and diagnostics.

Minimum Requirements:

  • basic knowledge of network and servers, internet applications,
  • communicative knowledge of English in speaking and writing (B1 / B2, necessary condition),
  • willingness to develop and the ability to learn quickly,
  • ability to work in a group,
  • analytical thinking
  • readiness to take up shift work (24/7, also at night and on weekends / holidays),
  • ability to work under stressful conditions.


  • experience with reporting systems (Freshdesk, Jira)
  • experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios),
  • experience with technical customer support
