Marketing Communication Specialist – Poland

We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Communication Specialist, to join the ADB Marketing Group department and support the company’s brand visibility, communication, and lead-generation activities across international markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing marketing communication activities that promote ADB’s software and systems products and services. You will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Graphic Designer, and external partners to translate complex product, business, and technical messages into clear, customer-focused communication.

Job location: Poland (remote or hybrid from one of our offices: Katowice, Poznan, Zielona Gora)

 

What will you do?

  • Execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to promote ADB’s software and systems products and services, design and run omni-channel digital marketing campaigns focused on communication and lead generation,
  • Co-manage cooperation with a digital marketing agency,
  • Translate complex product, business, and technical messages into clear, customer-focused marketing language across various channels, including ADB websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and press releases,
  • Monitor and analyse the performance and social engagement of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and recommend improvements to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives,
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, industry influencers, and media outlets
  • Work with Sales, Product Groups, and Graphic Design teams to understand product features and communicate them effectively to the target market as well as create high-quality marketing materials,
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events, webinars, conferences, and other marketing activities,
  • Support ADB’s presence at industry and customer events.

 

What’s important for us?

  • Working experience as a Marketing Specialist (min. 3 years) in online B2B Marketing and Communication campaigns, especially through online channels including  practical experience in designing and executing omni-channel digital marketing campaigns,
  • Solid marketing background: good knowledge of social media marketing, including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and Facebook and of analytics tools such as Google Analytics,
  • experience in writing press releases, technical articles, whitepapers, reports, or similar materials,
  • Fluency in English – ADB is an international company and our language is English. You will create all materials and content in this language; conversational knowledge of Polish is a plus
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • strong focus on timely and high-quality project delivery,
  • ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,
  • creative thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • good command of MS Office tools: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

 

Additional skills that will be useful for this position:

  • Experience in organizing trade shows, webinars, and online events,
  • Technological background, understanding of basics of networking, web technologies, IT, video delivery,
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (like Mailchimp), Google tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), Adobe tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and/or WordPress CMS.
  • Experience in b2b marketing for video/streaming or broadband/ telecommunications domains
  • Experience in photography and video production.
