25 November 2025 – Geneva, Switzerland – ADB announces the successful completion of a large-scale migration project for Polish operator INEA, moving its TV services to the next generation graphyne™ platform – an end-to-end middleware solution for content aggregation and Pay-TV management. Leveraging years of close collaboration and trusted partnership, ADB and INEA experts executed migration of 140,000 devices with zero downtime and no negative impact on end-users.
Behind the Scenes – a Smooth Transition
The migration was the result of months of preparation. The project kicked off in February 2024, with the first release candidate delivered at the end of the year. The critical phase began on May 20, 2025, when ADB and INEA engineering teams started the process of switching backend systems and STB applications to the next generation graphyne™ platform.
Every aspect of the operation was meticulously planned: extensive testing, custom proxy modules to maintain full compatibility with INEA’s existing CRM, and precise execution designed to ensure uninterrupted service. The outcome? A completely transparent transition for over 140,000 devices.
The next generation graphyne™ platform is not just an updated version of the previous system – it’s a fully redesigned platform built for the future of TV services. With new backend architecture, the system is faster, more stable, and capable of handling twice as many devices as before.
More Than an Upgrade
For INEA, it also opens the door to further innovation, including the rollout of mobile and web applications, as well as the possibility to integrate with leading streaming platforms such as HBO Max and Disney+.
Voices from the Project
Janusz Kopczyński, TV Services and Cloud B2B Infrastructure Manager, INEA:
“The migration to the next generation graphyne™ platform marks a major step in the evolution of our TV services. Our top priority was to make the transition consistent for our subscribers, with no disruption to their viewing experience. We have prepared hardware infrastructure, installed the needed components, and reduced the number of devices needed to operate the platform. The project was complex and highly sophisticated. It required careful planning and coordination between various teams. Using the software provided by the manufacturer, we designed a new look and an updated menu for the STB. Together with ADB, we moved more than 140,000 devices to the new platform.”
Małgorzata Ott, CEO, ADB:
“A migration of this scale, executed without any downtime, is a testament to the skill and dedication of both teams. The next generation graphyne™ platform provides INEA with a strong foundation for future growth, and its proof that together we can deliver even the most complex projects flawlessly.”
Setting a New Industry Standard
The migration of INEA’s TV system to the next generation graphyne™ platform demonstrates what a true digital transformation should look like: seamless, invisible to end-users, yet unlocking a wealth of new opportunities. With this project, INEA has gained a cutting-edge, intelligent platform for managing TV services, while ADB has once again proven its role as a trusted technology partner.
