As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling high-quality software solutions from ADB’s portfolio. This role combines strategic account management with proactive business development and requires a deep understanding of industry challenges and a value-based sales approach. Your goal will be to build strong, long-term client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the company’s continued growth.

In this role, you will:
- Drive sales of cutting-edge software products and services, taking full ownership for revenue targets and market share growth,
- Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers,
- Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: lead generation, outreach, presentations, value-based selling, proposals, negotiations, and closing,
- Act as a strategic advisor by matching client business challenges with software solutions, focusing on value – not price,
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts while actively pursuing new strategic clients,
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business insights to senior leadership,
- Work closely with cross-functional teams – product, marketing, customer support to align efforts and ensure client success,
- Represent ADB at industry events and in direct client interactions with professionalism and a long-term partnership mindset,
- Balance company interests with customer needs, demonstrating sound business judgment and assertiveness when required.
Key qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in B2B software sales, preferably in the Telco and/or Video industries,
- Well-developed network within the industry, especially among key decision-makers and influencers,
- Demonstrated ability to sell based on product value and functionality, not pricing,
- Experience in both new business and account management,
- Solid understanding of the sales cycle in complex software solutions,
- Strong knowledge of the video and communications market, customer needs, competitors, and trends,
- Excellent relationship-building skills and long-term client focus,
- High level of business ethics, responsibility, and a growth-oriented mindset,
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to diverse audiences,
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared business goals,
- Willingness to travel on business,
- Fluency in English; other European languages are an asset.
