The Executive Committee is the company’s highest management authority. Under the directives from CEO, it is responsible for overseeing all company operational matters, as well as for defining its mission and strategy.  Each Execom Member is responsible for his/her business section, while some of them are also providing guidance to the Product Groups.

MAŁGORZATA OTT
CEO

Małgorzata Ott is the Chief Executive Officer of ADB Group. She joined ADB in 2003 and held various managerial posts in Business Control, Finance, Operations and Product Groups. She also holds the position of Head of Sales at ADB. Małgorzata oversees all company activities, closely cooperating with the Group CTO, CMO, CFO and Head of Human Resources. Prior to joining ADB, she gained experience at Johnson & Johnson, Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers in the field of financial control, international taxes and due diligence projects. Małgorzata earned her MSc degree in Economics from the University of Wroclaw and complemented it with Executive MBA from Helsinki Business School.

Krzysztof Biliński
KRZYSZTOF BILIŃSKI
EVP, CTO & Deputy CEO

Krzysztof joined ADB in 1997 and over the years held several design and management functions within R&D, including VP of Engineering and EVP of the Broadcast Division, to finally become ADB Group CTO and Deputy CEO. In his role, he is responsible for setting the company technology direction and leads most aspects of ADB product strategy. Krzysztof earned his MSc and PhD in Computer-Aided Design at the University of Bristol, UK.

Philippe Lambinet
PHILIPPE LAMBINET
EVP, CMO

Philippe Lambinet is a Senior Executive in the Semiconductors and Digital Consumer sectors, with a proven track record in developing successful large businesses and leading global international teams. During his 25 years at STMicroelectronics, he was the head of the Digital Consumer Product Group and later, he took the position of Executive VP of the Digital Sector and Chief Strategy Officer. Philippe also worked 6 years at ADB, from 2001 to 2007, during which he was VP of Sales & Marketing and drove ADB’s fast growth, opening the way to a successful IPO in 2005. Philippe also co-founded and led 2 startups in the field of semiconductors and artificial intelligence. Philippe is re-joining ADB as CMO with the goal to, once again, lead ADB’s growth at a time of disruption for the Digital Entertainment and Communications businesses, driven by the wide availability of Gigabit broadband and the new post-pandemic world.

MARIE-NOELLE VULLIEZ
EVP, Corporate Counsel

Marie-Noelle joined ADB in 2007 and currently holds the position of ADB Group Corporate Counsel and Head of ADB Intellectual Property Department. Prior to joining ADB she gained experience in law firms in Washington D.C. and in Paris, in the fields of international trade, contracts, M&A, cross-border transactions and compliance. Marie-Noelle earned an MSc in business law from Lyon University, an LL.M in International Trade and Banking Law from the American University in Washington D.C., and an MSc in Finance and Business from Columbia University, NY. She is admitted to the Bars in Paris and New York.

Alesssandro
ALESSANDRO BRENNA
EVP, CFO

Alessandro joined ADB Group in 2004 and currently holds the position of ADB Holdings CFO. He previously worked with Foster Wheeler Italiana, McKinsey & Company and STMicroelectronics, where his last position was Director Financial Control of the Telecom Products Group, managing the financial aspects of an organization. Before that, Alessandro worked as Director of Corporate Planning and Development and as a Director of Investor Relations for STMicroelectronics. He earned an MSc from Politecnico di Milano in Industrial Engineering, MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau and is a CFA Charterholder.
