PRISME Frequently Asked Questions

PRISME™ is a service monitoring and optimization solution for ISPs, Telcos, and service providers. Prisme™ predicts and resolves connectivity issues before customers even reach out, cutting support costs and boosting satisfaction across both broadband and broadcast services

PRISME is designed for ISPs, Telcos, and service providers. It’s ideal for operators seeking to improve service quality, reduce churn, and increase operational efficiency.

PRISME currently supports two industry-standard protocols for CPE management:

  • CWMP (TR-069)
  • USP (TR-369)

Support for other protocols (like SNMP or Config File) may be considered based on roadmap priorities or specific operator needs.

Yes. PRISME is highly configurable  from the data models and KPIs it tracks, NOC dashboardsto the rules that trigger alerts or actions.

Yes, PRISME is designed to operate across heterogeneous network infrastructures. It can ingest data from different sources and vendors to create a unified, intelligent view of the network.

No. PRISME includes its own AI engine and does not rely on third-party AI services, ensuring performance and data sovereignty.

PRISME combines technical metrics (such as latency, jitter, and packet loss) with behavioral data to provide real-time QoS and QoE scores. This helps operators understand not just network health, but also customer satisfaction.

PRISME applies machine learning models trained by ADB experts and leverages the knowledge of senior network specialists to continuously analyze network telemetry data. By correlating events and identifying deviations from expected operational baselines, it can detect early signs of service degradation or faults, often before they impact end users. This approach allows operators to shift from reactive troubleshooting to proactive network management with AI-driven recommendations and automated insights.

Unlike traditional network management systems (NMS), PRISME leverages AI and machine learning to offer predictive insights, multi-domain correlation, and customer-centric service scoring. It focuses not only on what is happening in the network, but also on why it is happening and how to fix it.

We can provide both. PRISME is ready for on-premise deployments, ensuring full control over data and compliance with telecom regulations. However, for easier deployment, simplified maintenance, and always up-to-date version, we provide a cloud-based solution.

Yes. PRISME continuously learns from historical data, operational feedback, and performance trends, making predictions more accurate over time.

PRISME is a modular and scalable platform designed for seamless integration into existing OSS/BSS environments. A typical deployment involves system integration, data source configuration, and customization of analytics dashboards.

The process generally includes:

  • Integration with existing OSS/BSS systems
  • Mapping and ingesting data from various sources
  • Customizing dashboards and insights to match operational needs

Deployment specifics depend on the CPE management protocol in use. i.e.:

  • USP devices: Only CPE reconfiguration is required.
  • CWMP devices: Integration with the existing ACS (Auto Configuration Server) is mandatory over API and CWMP ACS Proxy.

When an issue occurs, PRISME can trace it back to its origin by analyzing patterns across multiple layers of the network. This reduces Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and operational workload.

For CWMP (TR-069), PRISME supports both TR-098 and TR-181 data models.

For USP (TR-369), the TR-181 data model is required.

In addition, support for Bulk Data is strongly recommended, as it enables higher-resolution sampling and more accurate monitoring.

Yes. When a Customer Care Agent opens a device, PRISME activates a real-time data acquisition mode to support faster problem resolution (for example, showing the signal strength of a connected station). This capability is natively supported in USP (TR-369) and is also available for CWMP (TR-069) devices.

PRISME is built to respect both operator and subscriber privacy. By default, PRISME uses enterprise-grade LLM providers that guarantee data security and confidentiality. For operators requiring even stricter control, PRISME also supports local/on-premises LLM deployment, ensuring that all processing stays within the operator’s infrastructure.

Importantly, PRISME does not perform Deep Packet Inspection (DPI). Instead, it relies on statistical analytics and metadata (e.g., performance metrics, device health, Wi-Fi quality) to provide insights. This approach avoids exposure of subscriber content while still enabling powerful monitoring and troubleshooting.

Yes. PRISME supports deployment on Kubernetes (K8s), enabling operators to run it in modern, containerized environments. This makes scaling, high availability, and resource management easier, whether deployed on-premises or in the cloud.
