Virtual Gateway
Our Virtual Gateway is an advanced software that distributes multi-media capabilities throughout the home. Every set-top box powered by our Virtual Gateway makes its resources available in a smart way, so that the consumer always has the entire home network's content seamlessly accessible on his chosen device. For example, a consumer can use his iPAD™ to watch TV in his garden, transparently borrowing the tuner of his bedroom set-top box.
Our Virtual Gateway supports DVRs, tuner-less set-top boxes, hardware gateways, and all other secure DLNA clients. The consumer can add more screens, tuners or storage capabilities, just by plugging-in a new device. Operators can extend their service in a secured way to other devices, without additional Conditional Access integration efforts, and without worrying about the deployment of a complex hardware platforms.
