ADB has been at the heart of the digital television industry from its inception, always looking for new solutions and keeping our clients' interests at the forefront of our activities. We keep close contact with the world's leading digital television operators and leading research and development institutions.

Our focus is the design and technical development of a wide range of digital televison set-top boxes which allow access to programming and services transmitted by satellite, cable, terrestrial and over the Internet. ADB maintains a high degree of flexibility and performance in its products to guarantee compatibility with current standards agreed by the digital television industry.

We have developed over 14 million set-top boxes incorporating the world's leading with middleware solutions such as OpenTV, NDS, MediaHighway, MHP (Multimedia Home Platform) and OCAP (OpenCable Applications Platform).

To ensure secure transmission of content for pay TV services, our products have been integrated with all the leading conditional access systems including NDS, Videoguard, Irdeto Access, Mediaguard, Nagravision, Viaccess, Cryptoworks and Conax.

We also pioneer new interactive services enabling customers to access the Internet, banking services, electronic shopping and information, all through their television sets. Compatibility with MHP and OCAP standards means that all of these services are available over the air depending on viewer requirements. To deliver interactive services to the individual customers we offer high technology solutions and integration with those systems used by broadcasters, content providers and digital multiplex operators.
