ADB's products are conceived and designed in our Research and Development Centre located in Zielona Gora, western Poland - home to a team of highly educated design engineers, consisting of 10PhDs and over 270 MScs. Focusing on advanced software and hardware design and system solutions, our R&D Centre is renowned for innovation and home to over 300 highly qualified engineering and support staff. Our unparalleled employee retention history ensures continuity and linearity of technical innovation and support.

We have over 200 patent applications to-date and a number of world-first solutions that have since been mass-produced. Poland was selected as home to ADB's R&D Centre because of its fast-growing reputation in software design and engineering reflecting our commitment to offering customers the very best in value, at a cost effective price.

The R&D Centre also houses Project Management, Quality Control, and Intellectual Property departments, as well as the ADB Corporate University and Management Information System support groups.
